- To produce staff with holistic leadership characteristics that contribute to the institution and society.
- To produce administrative staff who are knowledgeable, skilled and have a positive attitude towards high productivity.
- To plan, develop and offer training and staff development programs according to current needs.
- Conduct research and evaluate the effectiveness of training and staff development programs.
- Provide talent development programs for the University's succession plan.
- Collaborate in human resource development with other organizations in Malaysia.
- Provide conducive training space, infrastructure and environment.
