The Centre for Administrative Development (PPT) serves as the primary unit dedicated to enhancing administrative staff capabilities across Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). It focuses on delivering leadership-based, competency-driven, and skills development training programs for administrative staff at Grade 10 (SSPA)/44 (SSM) and below, spanning all Responsibility Centres (PTJ).

Key Functions & Services

1. Plans, coordinates, and implements training programs emphasizing leadership, competencies, and skills development tailored for administrative staff (Grade 10 (SSPA)/44 (SSM) and below) across all PTJ.
2. Develops strategic planning and annual training calendars under PPT supervision, guided by Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI).
3. Prepares implementation reports and program achievement evaluations for monitoring, continuous improvement, and management reporting.
4. Executes collaborative training programs with PTJ or the Administrative Scheme to meet established functional competency requirements.
