IntroductionThe Institute of Leadership & Development (ILD) is the talent development arm of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
Its full operation commenced on 1 August 2016. ILD offers wide range of courses for self and organizational development.
The mission is to develop high performance 21st century leaders and aims to be excellent leadership training institute globally.
The institute conducts leadership and staff development programs for all UiTM staff.
Given its state-of-the-art training facilities, the institute also welcomes other public sector as well as private sector agencies to use its facilities at a competitive rate.
